How much would something like a Viper cost if I insured it under my dads name with me as the secondary driver? None of us have any tickets/violations/accidents. I'm 18. Thx

for insurance or the cost of the car? it would be pretty high insurance, just because you're on there and its a fast car, and you're a teen

I meant for insurance. If anyone knows of any cheap costing vipers too thats always a plus.

A lot.

You're a teen, and it's a fast sports car. And a 2-seater.

Ask your insurance company, they'll tell you the exact number.

But expect to be paying several hundred.

When I was going to buy a camaro z28 shit pretty much hit the fan with the insurance company.. i dont think they would take news of a viper very well..

im 16 and my dad has a boxster. the gayass insurance company made him sign a disclaimer saying i wouldnt drive it and if i did they wouldnt cover. if he put me on there it would cost another 1000/year. i dunno about you though, since your 18. youll probably still pay more than if he was just on it though.

Hey Les...! For you being young, I would suspect atleast a couple grand/ month for the you driving the viper..Best bet is to be insured under a different car in the household and just drive the Viper.
