Yao done = Rockets done. Tough luck for them, they are playing great and I'm sure this will de-rail them. I would've enjoyed watching them in the playoffs, as Bobby Jackson was a nice addition.

I always knew God didn't exist but now I have proof! Haha!

This sucks so much ass I don't even know where to begin so I'm not going to fucking bother. Just when they were really getting it together too and playing great basketball. Unbelievable.

:(:(:(:mad::mad:

Good, for the sake that now I don't have to hear Van Gundy ride their cocks when he isn't even broadcasting their games. Sorry Yao!

Probably couldn't be a worse time for Yao to get injured.. I actually enjoyed watching the Rockets and what little playing time Luther Head got.

Most likely Rick Adlemans fault for playing a 7'6 330+ pounder for 37 minutes a game.

Nuggets didnt need to make a trade when they could catch a break like this.

lol a break.

whatever, the rockets weren't going to the finals anyway, the nuggets aren't either.

Rockets will prolly miss the playoffs now, sucks for them cause they were playing really well and I think they would have been a tough matchup for anyone in the West if they kept playing the way they have been.

I don't think they'll miss the playoffs honestly, just a feeling. It will be very tough though and they won't be able to do shit once they get there so I guess it really doesn't matter.

The Rockets had to win 12 straight and 16 of 17 to climb from the 10th seed in the West to the 7th. With how stacked the West is I don't see it possible for them to maintain their level of play for the rest of the season, especially when their center is going to be Dikembe unless T-Mac starts to dominate games like hes capable of. The Nuggets and the Warriors should send Yao flowers.

You're probably right but hey, I got to have SOME hope. It's not like they have a chance in hell if they do get in but fuck it, may as well be optimistic about getting there.

If nothing else it means Landry will get more minutes now. He's been awesome so far and I like watching him play so I look forward to seeing more of him.

Landy has been a beast, I've seen him throw down some nasty jams.

yao brings in a consistent 20-10 a night, how can any team not miss him?

hes also kinda tall

hes also kinda tall heh, yeah... pretty unfortunate as others have said that he went down because they were indeed playing well and getting into a groove.

as for adelman playing yao 37mpg, that could have something to do with it, but at the same time he is in a freakish body -- their bodies have fuck ups a lot more than ours. i guess to which you can say, all the more reason you shouldn't be playing him heavy minutes, but just saying haha

I noticed Mutumbo is still doing his finger shake after a block. I thought a few years ago he was getting T'd up for that? Is it ok if he does it to the crowd but not if he does it in someones face? Thats probly the case, but I thought they stopped him from doing it all together a few years ago. Anyways, its very high on the unintentional comedy chart at this point.

Yeah, you can do almost anything to the crowd but not to an oppponent, its the same shit as the sack dance and all that shit in the NFL.
