New 2.0 installers

All three 2.0 installers have been redone:

The FULL installer will still be uploading for the next couple hours.


ff_openfire prop restored.
restored models/props/ff_bases/blast_static.mdl as it is used by ff_shutdown2.
Updated openfire.lua to the 2/15/08 version.
Dustbowl revision fixed (maybe... I hope... whatever)


Feel free to test and/or mirror.
