vBulletin DB export

Out of curiosity, why were you guys not able to use the built-in DB export function of vBulletin? Seems like that would make it very easy to export the old forums and import them into the new mySQL box.

Edit: Ah, probably b/c you can't save the DB export to a remote drive and you have no FTP access to the forums box anymore...

To make a long story short, and with out naming names. Someone screwed with the ftp files making it impossible at the time to do that. But we were able to get a copy anyways and in time, things will get transfered.
