I've been scouring every custom site I could find for the past few days, but I just can't find a freaking transparent rocket flare. Help!

just make an empty black square on ms paint, save it, open Sprite Explorer, make a new document with it, and save it as additive. Quite simple :p

Are the rocket flares themselves transparent in the sense of the transparent xhairs/explosions? I'd love to see some cool colored translucent xhairs.

Explosions are normal, yes the flares should be not there :P

they were on custom-tfc, they are down right now but will be hopefully back up soon. they were called high-def xhairs or something of that sort.

A completly invisible or extra small rocket flares are illegal.

I've always been curious about the reasoning behind that. I think the main argument is that you can see more, but I find myself aiming with the trails themselves a lot of the time.

^^ same here, normally i judge where a rocket is goin based on the trail, not the rocket itself (maybe because my animglow is freeking small).

i'm pretty sure only reduced/invisible flares are illegal in a few european leagues, they are legal in na. i don't see why they would be illegal anyways, its not like they completely block your vision anyways.
