cool, logalyzer is great... I don't know if you know about this, but if someone uses HTML in their name (maybe some other characters too) logalyzer crashes when parsing the log -- my attempts to embed hello.jpg in one of our match results failed miserably

I get "Incorrect command line parameter" when I try to install it.
Windows Installer v. 2.00.2600.1106

I can install version 1.0 of WinLogalyzer, no problem.

I_Am_KeViN: At what point in the install do you get the error? I am running v2.00.2600.0 here and it works fine.

The moment I execute the file.
"This Wise installation is extracting yada yada"

Once it's done extracting, I get that message.

This has happened only 1 time before to me, and that is with Fireburner 2.17 cd-r software.

I am uncertain why it is doing this ;/ If anyone is leet with Windows Installer, give some tips.

I do have over 75 other apps installed though, I normally do not have problems

Try to unregister and the reregister Windows Installer.

Open a command prompt and type this:

msiexec /unregister

msiexec /regserver

I'm not sure if that will help, but it can't hurt to try.

Well I'm about to reinstall windows anyways.. so I'll be back and let you know if I get it working

Looks like logalyzer.exe is crashing due to something in your log file. Send the log file to PinkFuzz (pinkfuzz@thinkstream.com) with a description of the error.

I found a minor bug. when you delete the WinLogalyzer menu from the Programs menu, it installs it right back again.

Thats not a bug, but a feature of the Wise installer. I thought I had disabled that though. I'll look into it.
