With impending war, flight prices may rocket through the roof in a matter of hours/days. If you can find a good deal now (I don't think prices have jumped yet), I would jump on it. Although for all we know, war will be over in 2 weeks and prices will drop even lower... It's all a gamble. I know that I haven't been thinking about flight prices in July/August though - and I figured others haven't either. Just a possible heads-up.

On the other hand... its also possible people will be afraid to fly/less inclined to take vacations/travel/etc, and thus airlines will be forced to drop prices to encourage people to fly.

Bah, we probably shouldn't oughta worry- I'm guessing that the soon-to-be-formed "Homeland Security People's Party" won't even have half of the the 'Acceptable Interstate Travel Permits' mailed out by the end of July, so we'll be sitting at home anyway.

But if we're lucky they'll turn the internet back on for that week, and we can watch the Texans play...
