Im just curious...I picked one up today and read it for about 15 minutes. "The Art of Happiness" was the name of the book. It's pretty insightfull from what I read. Im going to pick it up as soon as I can.
If anyone digs eastern religion and buddism, you should check this one out. Or, if you just like to read and expand your knowledge on life.

Yes, I have read that book. It's written by an American psychologist that documents the similarities between buddhist philosophy and western psychological theory(there are quite a few). It's also interesting to see how the Dalai Lama finds inner peace despite his losses. (think you had a bad day at work? imagine being the spiritual leader of an entire country, then having to flee as it's taken over by a repressive nation) Quite an interesting read.

I saw the movie "Kundun."
It's the Dalai Lama's autobiography.
I enjoyed it.
