I think youre talking about EX-Marine Ex-UN inspector Scott Ritter. I belive Scott Peterson is the guy who killed his wife Laci. Scott Ritter was all over TV even after he had been discredited by the "vast right wing conspriacy". It was only after he tried to get a undercover cop poseing as a 15 year old on the internet to have sex with him when the major TV outlets stoped letting him on.
