I just got a brand new Toshiba laptop a couple months ago, the problem is it has been giving me blue screens and freezing on me constantly, the blue screens are memory dumps basically. When I start up Windows it will either freeze or give me a blue screen within the first few minutes, after that it is unlikely it will do anything and work fine. Here is a little info on my laptop...
os-(Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 1 (5.1 - 2600))
cpu-(1-Intel Pentium 4, 2389MHz, 512KB)-
ram-(171/511mb)
disk-(C: 25.46gb/37.26gb)
if anyone has any suggestions besides just plain formatting which I haven't done yet, let me know. Thanks
