Well, I bought a new p/s thinking it was going bad but it seems to be my motherboard. So, I'm just going to upgrade my computer a tad bit. Is this all right?

All right, cool. I just took apart my computer and was wondering if I should use the Vantec Heatsink I have for the new processor or use the retail one that comes with the motherboard.

Also, what do you think I could get for
AMD 1.4ghz
Epox 8k7a+(this is probably the problem, but just want to know what I could get for it anyway)

You should probably use the Vantec HS just because the stocks are not always the best, so really any normal upgrade would be better.

you could maybe get $50 for those parts, but I don't know where you would sell them.

dont buy retail...buy OEM it will save u some time of getting rid of the old compound and removing the old heatsink on the processor.
