I dont want to spend a heluvalot of money on it, but still like my 19in i use on my parents' right now.

All I have left after this is my case :-D

Any opinions would be fantastic, or other links to good monitors. If you give me a link to an excellent 17in that is as good or better than these I will definately take a look, please stay under $250 the lesser the better but not giving up quality. Color does not really matter, but black is preferred.
