Download and run. Open the movie file and have it extract the audio.

I used Vitrual Dub (http://www.virtualdub.org/index) to extract the audio as .wav files. Then I used dBpowerAMP Music Converter (http://www.dbpoweramp.com/) to convert the .wav files to MP3.
BTW, you might want to check out the dBpowerAMP site. I really like the dBpowerAMP Music Converter. In fact, while I was at their site I also grabbbed the dBpowerAMP CD Writer and the dBpowerAMP Audio Player.
I have read some very good things about .ogg audio files and plan to replace my MP3s with them.
Ogg Vorbis is a fully Open, non-proprietary, patent-and-royalty-free, general-purpose compressed audio format for high quality (44.1-48.0kHz, 16+ bit, polyphonic) audio and music at fixed and variable bit rates from 16 to 350 kbps/channel. Ogg Vorbis is a popular free (as in free from patents) encoder, of a higher quality than Mp3 - most players support Ogg through a plug-in. Ogg supports full ID Tagging where track information (Artist etc) is imbedded within the music file.
Thx for the help guys
