Up a Creek (Creek.bsp). Hunted style map but one of the best looking.

Castleregh or something - cant remember which was which, one had the guns at the base and the cars, the other was an A/D map which was pretty cool.

i looked through my map folder and realized there are a shit load of good maps which are never played... why do people dislike valve maps like badlands and shit? i think that and xover 2 are still great maps.

probably because those maps get a lotta lotta lotta play time, get old, and really aren't that interesting (at least to me)

humm... i'm not sure what map i would tell you that's scenic... a lot of the better AD maps look decent, but you really can't make stuff look just "omgwow" with the hl engine.

but yea lunars got it on the dot, cept ca2, too toyish. Anyone else noticing that this is turning into a list of a/d maps?

The most beautiful map in Halflife, concquest_r. It's a concmap and the ending of the map is just incredible.

I always thought Vidars was really impressive and im surprized it has not been mentioned.

Back when it came out.. there was nothing that compared.

Almost any Zouave map is beautiful, some might not be as functional, but they are good looking, funny, and fun to play.

Renegade is a very complex and very well detailed map.

beerun_r owned if ppl played it :(

Your right. Creek was an AD. Renegade was the hunted map. Both are well detailed and look good.

Also, Xenzone was a pretty cool, interesting map back in the day. Creative idea for a map.
