TFC folder moving around

Ok.. I just got a new computer pretty recently, installed half-life 3 days ago, and while I was just browsing in my half-life folder today, I double clicked on the 'tfc'. There was an error message that said "This folder cannot be found, it may be somewhere else" blah blah, yeah I know I should have taken a SS, but oh well. I then searched for it and found it in c://sierra/half-life/updates/tfc. I don't know if this is okay/normal, and if it is, I might as well put it back in h-l location.. hoping it doesnt get randomly deleted..? Anyone ever occoured of this problem?

edit: When I clicked on the folder, it disapeared, then showed that message. Kinda random that it would just.. move to the 'update' folder?
