Clan Comebacks

I know this has been done before (I think) but i want to know your opinions on what clans you would like to see come back.

We have had many comebacks with clans such as LfA, ][, Nx, ACM, ect ect..

Bout a year ago I was wishing for [LfA] to come back and my wish came true. I had to join them on their comeback =D

Currently the clan I would like to see come back the most would be [SOL] - Scream Out Loud. Does any1 have any info on the old leader or anything?

A few of the old SOL guys were in =S= and now they are in aN. DrEbola is one of them. I pretty sure he was a leader in SOL.

CE just wouldnt be what it was lol, alot of them were in DAr and they just arent what they used to be.

if you read some of the last section of |SD|'s page, it says that their not sure if they're getting worse or if everyone else is getting better. so if, one of those clans were to come back with the original players, and as long as those original players didn't continue to play like some did, the clan wouldn't be able to hold its own against top level clans without playing for a while.

I really just want tfc to go out in a bang where the top 15 varies so much every week that its kinda like NCAA Basketball.

Some of these clans didn't co-exist. I think now there is more of a desire to play with friends than there is to be at the top. I'm sure most mid level clans and up have at least 1 or more people in it who can compete at a top level.

That's because everybody wants to, if they haven't, play in the great matches of the old that the older people talk about. To be part of the avi's that everyone downloads and see's the insane teamwork and sportsmanship of the older clans, that clans today can sometimes only scratch the surface of. To take part in a great match against one of the old clans of the dynasty era would be dream come to for some. I know i would enjoy it to the max.

Well there is alot of clans that try to make comebacks and they dont work out, and there is alot of 2 week clans that steal a bunch of members and die 2 weeks later obviously... but I think [LfA] has had a succesful comeback.. we reformed around 40 matches ago give or take and are still going strong in igl invite and sta plat. Also like to see:

Man, when clans die they need to stay dead. I dont see many clans coming back and still goin strong both ingame and outgame and not jus for a month or two but for a while.

I would really like to see PGCS come back, but that I know will never happen. You have to be pretty old school to know who these guys are, one of their members, Wedge, was the guy who made the map Scrummage. One of the only members I can recall that was in that clan that still plays TFC now is Fearless_Dan and Solo.

If you want people to start playing tfc again you need to influence the younger. You cant just get older people to come back. Ive been working my ass off trying to get old people back to tfc and new people into tfc. When the older leave, the newer need to come in. Its an old game and some of you are sayings "its dieing" and there are new games but we could use the players =). Ive gotten a few to come back and still working on about 3-4 others.

6S - The first TFC clan I came across when I started to play TFC, the first matched I watched was vs DIVISION on 2fort. I believe you guys lost by 1 or so, and after that I was hooked. Even though I didn't know any of you really, I wanted to join so bad. Was fun to watch the matches and all.

FV|- - Lots of fun idling in that channel and qu giving frums and I masters in that channel. Fun watching demos and HLTV.

[aO] - I got ops in that channel for giving MachineHead (I think.) an AIM account and everyone thought I was in aO, I guess thats what got my name out. Never forgot when MachineHead told everyone in the channel "luisthedinosaur is the best dont fuck with him". :D

Beast, Strife is still in LfA, kj was but he left for (!) cus BF is a drunken alcoholic, arse is also back in LfA, and I am trying to get bootx back in LfA as a sniper or sumthing :D Err dont forget the other old heads like Ber and Deathy and Big Blue. :x

Also Beast I dunno what you got against the new LfA, yea we have alot of new members but the bunch of has have been together since the reformation and things are going good. To say whether or not we are as good as the old LfA is questionable.. but we have a really good time playing with each other and we do manage to squeeze out some nice wins over some respectable clans every now and then.

lol i guess i came across as an ass... understandable because i am one. but i don't have anything against the new lfa, just had many more ties with the old one. both krowe and silenthunter are my friends and sh showed me this game some 3-4 years ago.
