I just watched that movie with Denzel, John Q, you know he has a son who needs an urgent heart transplant but his insurance wouldn't pay so he makes a couple of hostages.

Anyway what's the deal with healthcare in the USA. Don't you have what we call public hospitals ( just like schools ) ? And do you agree with it?

Nope. Hospitals are private businesses. We have to make money just like everyone else. It just happens that our business is life...and life ain't cheap.

Nope. Hospitals are private businesses. We have to make money just like everyone else. It just happens that our business is life...and life ain't cheap. Actually there are general hospitals subsidized by the government. People just happen to die there a lot more often.

Erm but people are payed to work in hospitals... Just like a highschool teacher is payed.

Say you take care of your body and never really need to use the hospital...yet youre still paying the same taxes for it that some fat guy who doesnt wanna stop smoking even after his 5th heart attack.
