ok. im really dumb. i converted the g_ model instead of the v_ model. the g_ model is the low poly one that spins around in the levels. the v_ model is the one i should have converted at the beginning. argh. i was wondering why it looked so wierd. anyway, im gonna convert the good one today, so ill send that to you instead.
