help with flag cap sound

i am making my own custom flag cap sound but it wont play :( Is there a tutorial somewhere that can help me? I made teh sound and now it makes no sound at all when i cap. :mad:

Sounds have to be a certain bitrate/etc for them to play, you should be able to open one of the vox wavs and glean the necessary info from that.

i used cool edit pro to get teh clip. Can you help me to find out how to change the bitrate and such to what i need? I changed teh sample rate

oh god i changed the sample rate and such and now it sounds horrible!! anyone know how to do this that can help a newb out?
