I just re-installed so things are a bit quirky.
I'm sure there are a thousand FPS posts but I don't want to read all plus I'm sure my computer is different so here goes.
I only get 60FPS with.. I have it set to 99 but it stays at 60... doesn't move from 60... not even to drop. I don't know what the deal is... I had the same video card in my brothers computer (1.4ghz IBM with 256ram) and he got 100 constant...
My computer:
AMD Barton 2500+
GeForce3 Ti200 64mb card The newest detonater drivers...
ONLY 128mb of pc2100 RAM this because my 512 stick doesn't seem to work so I'm getting a new one.
My other problem is TFC loads slow... and once in it and I press Esc its REALLY slow... don't know the problems here. With this kind of computer it shouldnt have a problem doing anything.
