New PC Problem

I Just got a new Dell PC and Im having a problem with it. Whenever i play games, TFC, CS or Diablo2 right in the middle, my screen freezes and PC just shuts all the way down, like the plug was pulled from wall, but it boots right back up with no prob. Its really weird, I dont know if its getting to hot or what, Someone help, im going to post this is Tech forum too for more help.

what id do, is when it crashes like that, go into ur bios and check the temp when it happens.

run win update. update everything should work then if not give dell a call they should know what to do.

It sounds like temperature issues. Try using Motherboard Monitor (http://mbm.livewiredev.com/), I know this works with some Dell machines.

i thought it was a temp prob, how do i check my bios to see the temp of my PC after it shuts down? and im looking at this motherboard moniter now

doesnt dell have "#1 award winning support" or something...at least thats what they tell me in those commericals ;)

but ya u can hit F2 or DEL usually when yer computer is booting up to go into bios setup
