No, Valve hasn't released the SDK yet. Some mods are actually sort of starting on mods for it already. I guess like modeling and stuff like that.

alot of the mods are actually pretty damn far along with there modeling. Sometime in august valve will be releasing the sdk to a select few I belive. Either that or they release it for everyone. SDK Looks exactly like world craft exect it has more options.

the sdk is out to certain mod teams such as dod already, but its not public probly until under a month before release - if they realease it before

I remember the same thing happening before the HL release. There are always a bunch of mods already in the works starting on the stuff they can do without the SDK for most major game releases.

I think I saw somewhere that the Sven Co-op team was working with Valve on the HL2 version. Meaning they might already have the SDK anyways.
