Hey i really need some help. Im not totally sure what the problem is. Im pretty sure that its the video card though. Heres what happened.
My parents computer monitor wasent working so i checked it out. There are "scanlines" (i guess) that go across the screen. but its very odd. The lines make all the dark areas on the screen darker and make text darker. Its almost like when you press on the screen of a calculator and the text bleeds. As i type, each line gets darker and darker with every letter. Almost like using a opposite highlighter. I tried a different monitor and it still does the same thing. I just want another opinion before i go out and get a new vid card for the computer.
