help: tfc is filling 1/3 of the screen becos of gfrefresh

ok, i just tried to put my refreshrate on 85 instead of 75, and put vsync back on. after i tried my first tfc game again, my screen was cut, only 1/3 was filling the screen. and no i was not using windowed mode or something. any suggestions to higher the refreshrate and not fuckin tfc up?
