before winXP, in the folders there is a side panel that, when you single click a media file, a little preview will show up giving you controls [such as play, stop, pause, etc]. this was for music and videos. now, enter winXP, and i can' seem to find this option. if a movie file is selected, it will generate a still preview of the very first frame. no play, pause, etc. i want play, pause, etc back though so i don't have to show everybody and their brother what i am looking at [small window hides the picture/movie/song...in essence, people don't know i am using media]. this is at a lab, where it is perfectly fine to get media, etc...but, hey, i like privacy sometimes, ya know what i mean?
also, before windows XP, the bottom of folders would show how many files/folders are in the current directory, tells how many [if any] are hidden, and gives a file size. sadly, i do not see this under the "details" tab. is there a way to enable this?
and, yes, this is using the luna theme and not classic.
