phat farms: new and elite

lol so today after eating supper i decide to play some tfc on phat farm 2. the map was well, and i was ready to own with my awsome soldier skills (lol). so i walk outside and get gunned down by a sentry gun. im like "k wtf", so i switch teams only to notice 3 SG's built outside the base (one to left, one to right, and one up top). they have a chasing spy a medic with a rocket launcher and an O HW who chases the O not to mention a bunch of soldiers just running around like ajckasses shooting rockets everywhere. so i say to myself "wow gj goku firing all the admins who actually played in PF servers" and continue to play and just basically play as if i was some newby server. a couple minuites later guess who comes to the server? the man himself. SIR GOKU!

I sez to goku i sez "gj fireing all the admins, your server is sweet now", and get kicked and banned perminatley after he watches me get chased by an HW, spy and medic with a rocket launcher. weeeee. (i think he did kick one medic who was shooting the "offence" from the battlements tho!!!)

anyways just thought id tell you all, so that next time you want to play TFC, you goto GoW and have a good game of TFC. that is all...happy fraggin ;)

Everyone else wasn't whineing, I came int o handle some hacker who I banned. But from second one to the second I banned you all I heard was complain complain complain.

"gj goku firing these and that admins"

I banned you for being annoying while everyone else was having fun. So move along and pub elsewhere, thank you :)

Side Note : I banned 12 people in 2 minutes personal best I believe, previous record was the monkey_l massacre of 2001.

if i wanted to be chased and have 3 SG's outside my door and hackers running around then i would update and picm some random server. i play at PF because its civilized..or i guess..was :\

You came in on "well" If not third its second to 2fort sort of players in newbie servers. I put it there cause I like to have some valve variety every now and then. People where having fun cause THAT's how you have fun on well. If you don't wanna play there thats fine by me. But if your actually interested in being unbanned you can come into #farmpb and I can do it myself. I think I should put "no whineing" in server rules. Worked wonders in some other past popular servers.

why not just set the configs up so when a map like monkey_l pops up, have it change the players to max of sixteen, put an hw limit of one (can't remember if there is an hw limit on the farms), and other changes so it's not 9v9 OvD on mokey_l, with two hw's at the front door.

some nice config work + good admins would really turn the place around. i'd pub there alot more knowing that i could correct crap when it gets out of hand, but a lot of the time it still ends up being 9v9 OvD :/

i must say, i'm sick of stupid shit, when you play an on-line video game, you play for fun.. right? that's the point of them? But TFC .. let's put rules on it and make it so concing and jumping twice in one second is illegal and gets a ban. seriously , if someone wants to play that way let it be, own them, don't own them, just have some fun. And goku, please do put that on MOTD, I'd really like to see who actually comes in the server and reads it. btw this isn't a flame.

Actually I totally agree about the rule thing, most of them are ridiculus and, as you would know if you've done it to me on my server, I won't kick you for it usually. It's just not a big deal to me, and I only do something about it when something really needs to be done.
