The HD can't be ripped from the Cd and set up as it's own exe?

Team specific colors are easy to do. Open up any model, and grab the color that is used as the "neutral" from those (like open up a medic model and check it's color where it is usually red/blue). Then just paint the arms that color where you want them to be team specific.

There's a certain method nowadays for high poly models, pretty much cheating the engine. Most CS packs nowadays have them, like if you check the front page of Fusion Network, or better yet the G.H.O.S.T. Ops MOD

i'll release what i believe is ooppee's high-poly rpg with my skin if he gives permission. it's the same model, just fixed animations.
