here are mine, these are really damn close to the ones in that pic:

tracergreen ".909"
tracerblue ".890"
tracerred "0"
traceralpha "1"

you don't need them any bigger than that, i suggest defaults.

tracerred 0
tracergreen 10
tracerblue 10

that gets you the teal as seen here(pic shows a larger offset though)

default offset is 30.
if you remove all tracer commands from your configs it should revert to default I think...

this is true, just delete it and it defaults to default..
that sounds weird.

LOL i use

offset -100
green 100
alpha 1

Mine tracers are like huge and i use necros blood a larger crosshair works well for me.

I think the thing about tracers is it depends on the user and the users computer.
