[HELP] RPG

I want Senor's teamcolored rpg in its green state at all time. Wether im on blue, red, yellow, or green. I'd like it to be green.

I've tried this using hlmv and milkshape and have failed miserably.

I know there's a red version I could just recolor to green, but the guy who did it fucked with the radar and made it ugly.

If someone could post steps to do this. Thanks
