So you say you want interviews?

Well you'll get your damn interviews. But there's a catch...

Oh there's ALWAYS a catch...

Anyone else tired of seeing interviews where the person being interviewed is all nice, saying all the right things to make themselves look good? Tired of interviews where its basically some kid sucking up to some admin, clan leader, or leet guild member? I know I'm sick of seeing only these clean and politically correct interviews, where the subject only gives the answer that they think people want to see, or where the questions are so watered down as to be not worth reading.

In the coming days, weeks, and months, I'll begin a new series of interviews, asking the questions that people really want to ask, not the boring "how did you get into TFC" crap that we've had to put up with in the past. Touchy? Perhaps. Controvertial? Most likely. If I don't ruffle a few feathers, I won't be doing my job though!

In the process, I will also be performing some anonymous interviews. Have something you need to get off your chest? Been in a clan with a cheater? Have some rant you need to let the world know? Want to flame, but you feel compelled to keep quiet because it would ruin your, or your clan's reputation?

Well worry no more! With our new anonymous interviews, we'll provide only a minimum of information about you, but still let you say what you want to say! Need to tell the world what an asshole your clan leader is but you're afraid to get kicked out of the clan? What about that llama who just got into your guild because he sucked off one of the founders? This is your chance!

If anyone has any specific requests for interviewees, feel free to post them here. If you wish to volunteer for either a normal or anonymous interview, either PM me on the forums, or email me at corsair@thecatacombs.net.

Maybe someone said they wanted interviews, I don't ever recall anyone saying they didn't want journalistic integrity.

I never claimed to be a journalist. I'm a columnist. Very different sir. :)

you're not a columnist.. you're nothing but a whiner. your interviews will probably be funny... but I'll be laughing at you not with you.

hf with your tough internet personality. that's sure going to help the community!

You may want to note that not only are you flaming in a non-flammable forum, but you are also flaming an admin in an non-flammable forum. That's a quick way to get your accound deleted. *click* Now if you'd like, you can re-register and flame me again in the cesspool. I will then respond there, though there is a good chance that I'll just mock you, say some stuff about cheating, aliasing, and being a cry baby. Nothing new, so you really don't have to waste both of our times.

What kind of a gutless coward would submit an on-line flame of someone while hiding behind an anonymous alias of his anonymous online gaming alias? "Yay, now I can spew out controversy without ruining my e-gamingcareer"

Corsair you should post what the have to say, then post their real alias, along with their real name and e-mail address and then put "SUCKS" in big letters underneath everything they have to say.

Lloyd, I strongly suspect that there are people who would be happy to get stuff off their chests without having to worry about the repercutions of what they say. The fact that people alias in pubs and play like llamas is an example that this already exists.

While your suggestion would be amusing the first time I did it, I wouldn't be able to get any more interviewees I suspect after that. :)

corsair thats why the interviews will be so much more interesting to read, if you can get them to agree to talk to you then i think it'll be some good stuff.
