After months of debate, voting, and thinking the UGC TFC Admin team has decided from this day onward to ban all proven hackers on public and private servers. Our old policy was to only ban hackers in league matches, however we have decided that UGC can not be a safe haven for pub hackers. Our new policy is similar to STA's except we have decided (as they have) not to make the bans retroactive. In plain terms, if you hacked on a public server before today then you are not subject to a ban. We feel that this new policy will insure the future health of the league.
If you have proof of any TFC player hacking on a public server (after 12:00 PM ET August 18th, 2003) then please send an email to our dispute team:
tfcdispute@ugcleague.com
Emails MUST include sufficient proof to ban the player from the league or we will ignore your email. Please include all HLTV Demos, Personal Demos, Server Logs, Chat Conversations, or ANYTHING ELSE that can assist us in finding the accused guilty of hacking. Please do not waste our dispute team's time, give us evidence to work with.
