Transparent Weapons

I didn't realize at the time but everything in here except the single shotty, railgun, nailgun, and super-nailgun are senor's team colored weapons. All I did was take the weapons that nam made transparent and fixed them (i.e. the rpg rocket) or added them (i.e. the shotgun). The only thing truely different from nam's pack is the supernailgun which is OoPpEe's doom3 conversion.

The readme.1st in there is wrong but i'm at work atm so I can't fix it. Oh well.
