#clan-rot .rot Open Tryouts THURSDAY

Yup, it's us, it's us, we're the clan that causes a fuss. :-x

Need a few more members since most of us have school + homework and whatnot.

What we're lookin for in tryouts

#1 - "Good" (nice) people.
Not assholes, not cocky people, no whiners. Ya know the rest - Nuff said)

#2- Skilled players.
Dont have to be 1337. Hell - I wish I was 1337. So it's not needed, but some skills are required (No infect + run meds or shizzzz like that)

#3 - Multiclass players
Again, not needed, but u'd have better chances of getting recruited rather than somebody who can only play 1 class.

#4 - People who arent sellouts

Tryouts are prolly gunna be either 2v2, or 3v2 - depending on the class.

Question: Is this a comeback for rot with all the old members?

Answer: No.

Just flat out no.

There is a reason why though....

... and I almost feel like an asshole sayin it, but there is a reason why (Which is all my doing, name just agreed cause he wants to be in XGL - not exactly cause he's like me)

There's 2 reasons why rot died in the 1st place, lack of membership and inactive members. It was to the point of where I was the only leader around (after i was appointed leader when meds "had to go to work" [i know who u are meds :-p ])

We still have some very faithful members, and still do, it's just, they're not exactly the "most skilled players" that want to join. Some of the old members had horrible habits which "in general lead to the downfall of rot." So I suggested to name that we invite anybody back who would be useful in being around when needed + could be able to hold their own (we ARE in the 5v5, to be a good 5v5 you have to be able to carry ure own weight)

**Side note** (The previous paragraph is NOT ment for anybody who left rot before it died for another clan, i.e. Nvncible and Redneck. If I wasnt a leader, I woulda beat u guys out w/ my Black Speed

#2 - Few of the active "popular" members of rot left and, really and truely, havent come back.
Joe - (joe da janitor! :) ) went to Mr, and "cannot join any other clans/guilds because of Mr's clan rules (for leagues other than ADL, im being told)"
Alf - I've HEARD about alf playing matches still. He's actually on rot's roster. I've yet to see alf play a match since S-N v .rot on dustbowl in XGL (the match before the .rot - 3v dustbowl upset that EVERYBODY IN THEIR MOTHER thought we shoulda lost... including us)



There is one more reason why rot isnt "comming back"

Simply put. Name, Funkmaster, and I wanted to join XGL 5v5, but I wanted to make a team rather than join a team. We were thinkin hard of a clanname, but we're not the 3 most creative minds in the world (which has come back to bite us in the ass alot). I talked to them and said "Hell, we're all rot, we still have access to the channels, why not just use rot." - and it was the return of the Reign Of Terror :-x
