Add New Themes

There are many themes that can work with this forum. They don't take up very much space on an FTP and some of them are a lot nicer than the current themes.

Nice idea for this part of the forums also. I've wanted something like this for awhile :)

If you want to create a theme for the cats you can. If there is enough interest with in the community I'll post some guidelines for posting forum theme's.

I would like to try something new, I personally love the green/black, but would be willing to try something new if it meets my tastes. :-D maybe some red/black/green or blue or something could look good.
