I was wondering if its possible to disable the whole hud accept for the death messages. When I put "hud_draw 0" it disables everything on the hud along with the deathmessages. Is it possible to only have deathmessages come up?

yes you can. make a completely black hud and it will not be there! talk to sinai, i think he used one for the first couple POTW avis.

ok im partially right. i tried it and there is still the seperater bars in the hud, the nade and effect hud on the left, and the bag pickup stuff on the right is still there. ;\ i changed all the huds too, so idk ;\

just ask sinai if he still has it. if not i think it was Dragline who made it. could be wrong though.

I don't -think- you can remove everything but the deathmessages. The only way you can remove the hud is by hud_draw 0. and if you don't do that then the hud will be there...and that would defeat the purpose of having only death messages...so :/

Alright ladies here's how it goes, yes I had a HUD in WON that took everything off except deathmessages, it was leet, Cypress made it for me, but it didn't work on Steam so I donno I thought he said a while back he was gonna try to make one for steam so i'll have to check up with him.
