premiere 6.0 works on 2000 sp4 - i believe - cuz thats what i use at school

premiere pro (technically 7) works on xp only tho for whatever reason

How is Premier Pro anyways? Is it worth a heinously long DL, or should one stick with 6.5 ?

I'm probably gonna tryout Premiere Pro next weekend since 6/6.5 are buggy as shit for me.

pro's audio correction is a lot better than 6.0. I used 6.5 on a mac, and 6.0 on a PC at school, but i have pro on my comp and its obvious positives compared to the other two versions.

Premiere Pro is for a little bit of knowledge

Avid Xpress 4.1 is a lot more complicated

Premiere 6.0/6.5 are nice alternatives to pro, but not as nice of a layout

Final Cut Pro 4 is a good program, and if you have a 1.8ghz G5 or better, then use it, but if you dont, then its fairly slow imo.
