it says in the rules

Avatars must be under 30KB in file size and no larger than 60 pixels high by 60 pixels wide. The image signature regulations apply to avatars as well.

but when i look at everybodys sigs they are all larger than 30KB ranging from 300 -80. what is the real limit

That was my fault... Sigs can be 100kb... I think yours was just over 70kb. Sorry about that.

PS - Thanks to someone who posted what the link was, I restored it as well. But damn, I don't think this warranted making a post in 50 different forums.
