there are several ways of doing it,

first would be viewdemo and stop at the point where you want to start your clips. Then type startmovie (frameratehere) so typically it'd be startmovie 30 <- starting a movie with 30 frames per a second. thats the begining basic, the rest of it is more video editing

second is the lazy mans way of doing it
by using fraps
