Im compiling seperate avi clips that ive made with videomach all together with music. Wondering why when compressed w/ music it is choppy but not without. Is there a certain setting for the music or something I should be doing before hand?? Please help

I'm assuming that you are using Premiere to do all this. Instead, instruct to Premiere to leave the audio uncompressed, and then compress using VirtualDub. Or, you could do what I do and do all audio editing outside of Premiere, and again compress with VirtualDub. Tutorials can be found at GMP.

Ack... Video quality is still shit. Chopping up real bad. fps isnt bad just Extremely choppy. Any idea why? I used videomach to compress the bmps to avi clips and to compress the avi clips with music into one file.

What rate are you compressing these videos at? The kbps is either too high or not high enough. You need to level it out at 1800kbps if you'd like decent quality and good performance. The higher kbps it's compressed at, the higher the quality and chance of choppyness. The lower, quality goes down but performance goes up.
