It'll play it on medium well and possibly high with some tweaking.

at 640x480 or 800x600 with a LOT of tweeking (and still getting kinda crappy fps). the video card is the biggest bottleneck.

You're gonna have problems because of your graphics card, probally limited to the lowest resolution at low, maybe medium quality.
