Ricky Williams...

No seriously Charles Rogers looked VERY good in his preseason game. With the lions being pass happy he might be someone to check out.

Thomas Jones. I may be bias, but he looked great in the pre-season game against the Rams. I have also heard that he could be #1 or 2 in receptions for the Bears. He will be playing in the Priest Holmes type offense in Kansas City (OC for Bears was chiefs QB coach Terry Shea)

[ceCube']Thanks for the tip on Griffin, and i understand i can find cheatsheets anywhere, but i dont feel like paying for them! So i thought i would ask the nice people here at the catacombs

Watch out there has been speculation that Griffin, Andserson and Bell are all going to get playing time this year so about a 1000 yard season may not be correct. I'd say about 1700 yards by comittee

Crickitonn, you said it yourself, Ahman Green was second in touchdowns by a large margin. So why would you ever take him over Holmes?

Holmes is, by far, the best fantasy player until injury/competent Chargers team.

Not bad for a first timer. I would of probably tried to avoid Tiki at all cost, but if everyone went HB happy then maybe there wasn't much left. Moss and Culpepper is a good combo, and with Preist too, you should rack up some points.

Who is your defense? Most leagues have them, maybe this one doesn't.

Holmes/Moss/Culpepper is a good top 3.

If you took Barber round 4, you probably should've taken another RB round 5 who is competing for a job, like Q. Griffin, Willis McGahee, or Lee Suggs. Course, I can't see your whole draft, so maybe RBs were whiped clean by that point.

Barber is always iffy, but he puts up decent numbers. I like Winslow, and I like Chris Chambers coming off the bench, the guy always finds the end zone, and will become useful of Moulds goes down (which is likely for at least a few weeks out of a season :P)

nicely done. You got arguably the best RB, QB, and WR. Hard to argue with those.

Watch for some unknown WR to breakout in weeks 1 or 2 and try to snag him off the waiver wire. Your WR depth is a bit thin so I would either nab one off the wire or try to trade a couple of your lower end RB's (Westbrook & Dunn) for a decent 3rd WR. With you having that many starting RB's soemone is sure to be needing one.

Oh yea. If you took Tiki Barber, you should've picked up Ron Dayne late in the draft. If he is still not signed to a team, look to pick him up, because Coughlin likes him.

Alright, well i thought i posted my defense, but i guess not!

Defense - Eagles

Yea well barber was not one of my top picks, i think it was either the 6 or 7th round, so i was surprised to see him left, so i decided to jump on it!

So yea thanks so far for the suggestions, any other ones? Remember im new at this so i basically have no idea what im doing!

Be on the lookout for an RB surprise in the first few weeks, Barber is not exactly a great starter.

Other than that, you did very well for a first timer =)

Also, if no one got Jamal Lewis's backup in Baltimore, be sure to pick him up when you can, being that Jamal is out in November for his trial. Forget his name, it's something strange.

Westbrook will probally become your second starting RB, especially since Buckhalter got hurt. I'm skeptical of Moulds, he has been hurt but hopefully Lee Evans (I think it was Lee Evans they drafted) can be a good #2 so he can relieve a little coverage.
