Wow... now the game has RPG-like elements so you can upgrade a bunch of shit for your character, like so:

Reload Time: The more improved CJ becomes at this skill, the fewer seconds he'll need when reloading. This is extremely important when involved in large-group firefights.

Fire Rate: This skill dictates how many bullets CJ can spray in a certain amount of time. The better the skill, the more ammo he can unload in shorter instances.

Accuracy: When players improve this skill, the circle outside of their reticule will expand and contract for better a visual representation of your target lock. As always, crouching also improves the precision of your shots.

Weapon Stance and Movement: Each weapon has a different ability relative to that weapon type that can be unlocked. This means that some weapons, for instance, can earn the ability to allow CJ to move while firing. While others improve your character's weapon stance so that he has faster strafe speeds or uninhibited backwards movement when firing.

Dual Weapons: What Rockstar is calling "The Ultimate Upgrade," this skill allows CJ to handle two weapons at a time. This effectively doubles CJ's firing rate and length of time between reloads.

Dual ingrams... uhhhhhhhh *nut* :x

I'm not sure if I'm gonna buy this. I bought Vice City and felt like I was just playing an add-on, but for 50 bucks. I let my friend borrow it and he moved to Canada and makes up some bullshit excuse about it everytime I tell him to send it back. I didn't get to play it too much, but from what I had played, I liked GTA 3 more. The games just don't seem different enough to bother buying.

i don't see how firerate should be included. I mean, how should an ak be able to shoot faster than its max firing rate?

The whole eating/working out thing is dumb as hell.

1) If the game were to follow realistic eating habits, you would have to eat every 4 minutes. There's no way they can effectively require your character to eat without making it dumb where your meter expires over the course of a few of the game's days.

2) So if you eat a few hamburgers, your character will get fat? Wow, that makes sense... you're telling me he doesn't get enough excersize running around the city on foot, in cars, and in planes doing various missions and you now have to work the character out to "keep him in shape"?

its just a way to build up the character's strength. you will be able to run faster, swim faster, and also get more respect if your guy is in shape as opposed to a fat fuck with an afro on a bicycle (which btw is what my guy will be :D)

seems cool to me, just adds some more elements to the game

This is what I'm starting to dislike about games. They add so many elements it just becomes complicated. Sure, it's cool that he can get fat and stuff, but what a needless pain in the ass it'll be.
