online needs???

What is exactly needed to play online with ps2. I beleive I got the package that allows online play. I have dsl, could I just hook it up to phone jack and be online? Does it need to be configured somehow?? Any help appreciated.

unhook the expansion bay from the back of your PS2, and slide in the network adapter. screw on the little screw with a quarter's edge, then pop in the installation disc and run through the steps.
