doom 3 help

theres this one kid in my weights class that his comp freezes everytime he shoots the shotgun :P but yeah sux too see that so many people are having trouble with doom3. ive also heard that sp2 is ruining a lot of games so it could be that? gl bro

I downloaded the demo last night and played through the whole thing and it works fine for me with no glitches at all.

I have

AMD 3400+
Radeon 9800 XT
256 MB DDR (just basic until I get my 1 GIG of ram)

I have to run it on the second to lowest setting because of the low RAM, but it still runs fine. It must be your graphics card.
