The Haunted is going to release a new album pretty soon, and I had a chance to listen to it, in it's entirety. Ignoring the fact of how I got to listen to this album, we'll move on to the next obvious question, "Is it good?". Well, if you hate metal with screaming vocals, then no, it's not good. But, if you do in fact like that kind of music, and you like The Haunted's previous works, I believe you'll find this album pretty awesome. I can't say much for the lyrics, because I can't understand most of them, and I don't have any place to look them up, so as far as that goes, I have no idea, but the instrumentals are every bit as good as previous albums and (in my opinion, of course) better. If you have a chance to listen to/acquire this album, I'd definitely recommend it.

Some of the best songs:
Abysmal
Sabotage
Sweet Relief

I will take this oppurtunity to ask if anyone has heard Pennywise's new album, which I have been dying to hear. If someone has, please post comments about it below.

Ya, admittedly (if I didn't admit it, I'd only be lying to myself), it's a terrible title, but it doesn't alter the fact that the album is still good music-wise.

In all seriousness, The Haunted is a decent band for anyone who hasn't heard of them. They're more likely to entertain you than they are to impress you, but it's still good music for fans of the genre.

I'd like to say that APC are about as emo as Slayer.
