A friend of mine who plays volley ball for her school wants some songs to just pump her up pretty much. The only catch is that she doesnt want any screaming in them, which kinda puts me at a slump. Any ideas for good NON SCREAMING WARM UP SONGS?

Chevelle, their first album or their new one... there is virtually no screaming but some of the songs have a really good warmup feel to it.

also try nonpoint, or earshot

that first chevelle cd, although not the best mastering job ever, still is a great cd for that sort of thing.
or you can tell her that the fact that someone is going to be hitting a ball at her face at so many miles per hour should be good enough to pump her up.

Ritchie Blackmore- "Power".

I used that when I played softball, back in the day. It has an excellent 'driving' quality, even for a 20 year old song.

Also Sponge- "Plowed". I used that for TFC...
