.0ml

Hey, in each one of my program menus in the start menu theres a weird .0ml file. Its got different weird names like ironworker pic.0ml and beck.0ml. I had one of those mail viruses and I think its from that. What are they and how do I get rid of them.

yes its not in there.. every folder on my comp has an internet email message in it with random filenames.. wtf is going
