Brick Wall Changes

1) Neuro and DMW will be asked to retryout under the new tryout process, nothing against these two guys but
this will in itself end a lot of bickering. They will be the only two peons as of now, the max will be 3 meaning the existing peons will be deleted, don't worry though the old peons have the best chance of getting another invite.

2) A new tryout process has already been designed by atrophy; it will be harsh but very well designed.

3) We will have a VERY selective recruiting system, I personally, and any other BW member that is on at the time will
get on RW and watch demos together of BW invites. We will be watching almost 5 demos of each person invited, this is
why we are keeping the recruitment process very selective, because this will be time consuming and we do not want to
waste our time on people who play 8 hours of TFC a day and just use tracers for a month and think they are top notch
material. We will want an outside demo on trench, a yard demo of any other map, a CP map demo, a regular CTF demo, and
the tryoutees favorite performance demo. These will all be watched and commented on with at least 3 BW members at a
time on RW and will be extensively interrogated for cheats. Only after all the demos have been examined will we decide
if you should do the tryout or not, we will kindly explain what you need to work on and will be glad to give you
another shot when you send us some demos showing your improvement.

I would like to thank PF.Atrophy-BW for all his help he has been a blessing to this guild.

I waited 4 weeks for a -BW member to watch my demo (won't name names) but he still hasn't looked at it. Now this new tryout/recruitment is made by atrophy. That will take atleast twice as long. Too much hassle for a guild online..

i'm trying to make BW a more active guild, i've put some time into it already, and am going to put a lot more. hopefully all that i am doing will benefit in the long run. stay tuned, i have a lot more surprises.

Rommel, the point is that our recruiting before was not effecient and had no order, and we had about 14 peons so I didn't want to add another one, now when you get an invite were gonna KNOW YOUR EVERY MOVE! study your play like its our damn job and only let in what we feel are dedicated, smart playing, kick ass hwguys that are not mean people and just love to tear it up.

note to sejje: i've downloaded all the BW website files, and am going to make changes but not re-upload them. hope you dont mind :D just going to do some touchups ;) and add some more content, php script, etc...

I haven't idled in #brickwall for awhile but my only beef is that I got my peon during the original demo thing and was sending demos and yadda yadda then around my 7th or 8th demo you guys implimented the new tryout thing and basically the only tryout I ever got was the test one with redgiant and shit like that and that was it I never got to do than actual tryout and eventually lost my peon for not being online (thats my fault) and yadda yadda
I might see if I can make it again when I get my aim back ;\
