Using any of these programs on your computer should have no adverse effects or void any warranties with your hardware. Once/if you begin to overclock your components (depending on the company/specific warranty) it will probably be voided. So overclocking is a do it at your own risk, I, nor anyone else here will be held liable for any failure of parts that happen on your behalf.
