VERSE

I used to be able to play DoD: Source when ever I wanted I never really played it much, but sometimes when i was bored it was fun... but anyway now when I try to connect to any servers I cannot. Not one single server. I check out what the console says and I get this.
Game.dll loaded for "Day of Defeat"
maxplayers set to 32
Heap: 256.00 Mb
Parsed 145 text messages
execing config.cfg
Can't use cheat cvars in multiplayer, unless the server has sv_cheats set to 1.

2 CPUs (1 physical), Frequency: 3.0 Ghz, Features: GenuineIntel SSE SSE2 MMX RDTSC CMOV FCMOV
execing valve.rc
--- Missing Vgui material vgui/servers/icon_secure_deny
Network: IP 24.127.200.12, mode MP, dedicated No, ports 27015 SV / 27005 CL

Connection failed after 4 retries.
Now I don't use cheats or anything so I'm not even sure why it's saying this line..
"Can't use cheat cvars in multiplayer, unless the server has sv_cheats set to 1."
Anyone know what the problem may be?
